If one dyes the hair a light color and it eventually turns 'red' (red tones) ,theres the possibility of and ancesty of Scottish or Irish? I've herd its possible.

No it just means that the undertone of their hair is gold. No link to being Scottish or Irish. Example: Hispanic people have red undertones and when lightening their hair it will turn golden or red in tone unless you use a blue or purple base with it.
