gold would kinda be cute but it wold'nt attract attention if thats what you want. If i were you i would use light purple. it always brings out hazel eyes :)

Well , from what you described.

but , i've always used just a nice light shimmer on top of my eyes.

It seems to do the touch, i get compliments on my eyes alot.

I always enjoy green with red; I think that combination would really bring attention to your eyes. Something in a sheer gold, copper or brown tones would be lovely as well I think.

I love hazel eyes hehe... WELL, my friend has gorgeous redhair and, peach skin (blue eyes tho haha) and, she uses my CoverGirl eye enhancers, Champagne color, it looks amazing on her! You should try it! Its kind of a goldish color to... But a thin line of eyeliner on your top eyelid and, kind of blend the eyehancers in with that, you get kinda a smokeyish color around where your lashes are and, a champagne color everywhere else=-) its uber cute! Since your hair is bright, and your eyes are brownish, they will probably not be as noticeable as your hair. To offset this, you need a dramatic color to attract attention to your eyes. The best bet would be a metallic purple or green. Stay away from browns, reds, and other colors that have too much of a fleshtone. In your case, the more dramatic the color, the more attention will be paid to your eyes. Also, there's this new "high impact pixel" eye shadow...I forgot what brand it is, but the color is so dynamic, and there are commercials for it everywhere. I would suggest that.
