I have natural mixed blond hair, I dyed it dark red and now it's faded to this ugly orange and my blond is coming back in. What's the Best dye to get back to my natural blond without frying my hair?
I died my hair red a couple of months back I was wondering what's the best hair dye to go from red to blonde
I would go with a hair color like hydrience or natural color (I think that's what it is called.)
I'd strongly recommend using an ash color though, or it wil have the tendency to turn an orange blond or simply not revert to blond at all. I know this from experience.
Another way is to simply begin highlighting your hair, and slowly going back to blond by highlighting every 6 weeks or so and trimming the dead ends.

if you want this to come out nice, and not more orange, dont do it yourself. go to a salon.. Red is the hardest color to get out of hair!! Im a hairstylist, Ive seen it all!

u could use a toner - u probably can a nice rich brown - ud have to go to a professional to lift the red if u want blonde. The least damaging is using a brw to cover the red. A toner would tone down that brassy orange.

I used an light ash blonde to get back to blonde after red - don't remember the brand, but it was really cheap. Worked fine after I used the blonde the second time. Choose a color that's lighter than you actually want, and make sure it has "ash" in the name - this will help balance out the red.

My hair is an icky blond color, but I dye it red. If your colorist doesn閳ユ獩 correct for the brassiness of your blond, your hair will turn orange. (I dealt with this for years before finding a good colorist.) If you dye it again without an understanding of color %26amp; color correction (like yellow + blue = green, but in terms of hair), you will not have control over the color you end up with.
For something that閳ユ獨 as visible as your hair, why not have a pro do it so you know it looks its best?
