yeaaa definatly. if youre scared about it, i would say try with a brownish red, itll have suddle highlights of brown to compliment your skin and eyes of course.

I have similar features minus the brown eyes, I had medium brown hair and was terrified when I first dyed hair. I got TONS of compliments on how it looked against my skin color and with my eyes. Mine are green/blue but red generally brings out any eye color.

If you want to start out with a drug store brand, go for Clairol Natural Instincts. It doesn't fade right away or anything, it's quite nice looking (I went with a lighter shade...look at your eyebrows and try to find a realistic looking one). Cinnaberry is a good choice. Oh, and the conditioner included spells good, if that helps you. =P

And a permanent drug store brand that's great is Clairol Herbal Essences. Color Me Happy shampoo by Herbal Essences is great if you decide to dye your hair at all.

There are two main downfalls to having auburn/red hair(depending on if you want extreme or what):

-Red is the quickest color to fade and maintenance can be a bit annoying. I recommend trying some semi-permanent drug store hair dye (the temporary stuff tends to be too cheap with unrealistic results) and then segwaying into getting it dyed permanently by a stylist.

-When dressing, if you're someone like me who loves spicing up her wardrobe, it's hard to find colors that don't clash with the hair. Hot pink, red, etc. just look a bit off. Green, turquoise, blue, and some shades of purple compliment it really well.

It's your call though, but it's really fun to experiment with color. Ya only live once.
